Are rom&nd products cruelty-free?
Yes, rom&nd is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or tested.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I find the expiration date on my products?
The expiration date is typically printed on the bottom of the container or the crimp of the tube in YYYYMMDD format. Most products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening.
