At rom&nd, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and include all security seals to qualify for a full refund or exchange due to hygiene standards.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the products you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
